1. When you simply visit the site
The site has no accounts, analytics (e.g. Google Analytics), advertising or social media tracking, and it does not use cookies. Fonts are served from our own server, so viewing pages sends no requests to third-party servers.
As with any web server, your IP address, request time, requested page and browser information are kept in server logs for a limited time to keep the site secure and available. These logs are not used to identify or profile you.
2. When you submit a form
What you enter in the contact and service request forms (name, email, phone, company, machine details and your message), together with your IP address at the time, is emailed to our team so we can reply. 3. External links
The site links to external services such as LinkedIn, WhatsApp and Google Maps. They only open when you click them, after which that service’s own privacy policy applies.
4. Security
The site is served only over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Form submissions are rate-limited and protected against automated spam, and only authorised staff can access submitted data.
5. Children
The site presents business-to-business services and is not directed at anyone under 18.
